Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We offer FREE FedEx Standard Ground Shipping within the United States on orders $45 and over (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).

Orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in order processing and shipment. CQuell reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply).  Delivery times for FedEx 2 Day shipping are subject to order process time of 1-2 business days and selecting this option merely ensures faster transit, not processing.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

If your Shipping Address is a PO Box or APO/FPO Military Address, your order will be shipped via SmartPost Standard Ground Shipping (Free on Orders $45 and Over after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).

We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. CQuell is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

When your order is received into our system, we will send you an email confirming your order. All packages sent via FedEx will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped.

Returns

If there is an issue with your purchase or if you are not happy with your order,  please email info@cquell.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will work to address your concerns as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by a return authorization form provided by CQuell. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping fees on returned packages are at the expense of the customer and packages must be sent to the address on the return authorization form. Our warehouse does not accept returns or handle exchanges. 

If your package was damaged during transit, or is missing altogether, please notify us immediately at info@cquell.com so we may work with our delivery partners to quickly resolve the matter. 

Items purchased in any location other than www.cquell.com must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Physician Returns:

If you need to return a CQuell product, follow our returns policy outlined below. Credit will be issued only for items with a valid reason for return which include the following:

  • Damaged goods, due to insufficient packaging of the initial shipment of products
  • Product defects
  • Shipping errors

CQuell does not accept patient returns or returns of expired products. Please email info@cquell.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will work to address your concerns as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by a return authorization form provided by CQuell. The physician is responsible for the cost of the return freight. The cost of the original freight will not be credited. We recommend shipping the package via an insured carrier such as UPS with tracking available. Once the return is delivered to the address designated on the return authorization form, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to show on your statement.
